  • 1:1 Coaching

    Personal training or 1:1 coaching can be done in-person or virtually. These workouts will be 100% customized to you and guided by Kristina. Accountability and custom built workouts are also available.

  • classes

    All classes are designed to fit all fitness levels. Classes are small and have a cap of 3 people in them to allow more focus by Kristina. Each class is 1-hour and will challenge strength, cardio and build longevity.
