about Kfit
Welcome to KFIT. This studio is a fitness community where all fitness levels are welcome. KFIT Studio offers both personal training in-person and online as well as small group training classes.
KFIT started as a way for Kristina to bring her fitness knowledge to the world in her own way. After 12 years of experience in the industry, she knew there were better ways out there to help get people moving and make it effective.
Kristina understands that all bodies are made different and have been through different experiences. These factors all come into play when we move. For example, there is no one perfect way to squat. Different body proportions, joint design, and even previous injuries will make it look slightly different from one person to the next.
When it comes to nutrition, Kristina will support those looking for support but she does not endorse any diet nor will she prescribe a set way of eating as that is outside a trainer’s scope of practice. However, she will review current eating trends and habits and find ways to make any changes enjoyable and long lasting.
