My Approach
Classes
All fitness classes at KFit Studio are small not just because of space, but for more trainer focus on YOU, not the other 25 people in a class. These small group training classes are 1-hour and are designed to build cardio, strength, and longevity.
1:1 Coaching
Kristina will help you get to your goals using a 1:1 training approach where all sessions are 100% customized to you. These can be done in-person or completely virtual. Her focus and specialty is in injury rehabilitation and those beginning their fitness journey.

The first workout is always the hardest. Wear clothing that is easy to move and sweat in. Shoes should also be sneakers or a running shoe could work too. Bring water and if you know you sweat, maybe a small towel. Lastly, an open mind and a smile! It’s going to be great.
